Monte Rissell

Monte Rissell was a sexual deviant from an early age, and committed his first rapes when he was only 14-years-old. He was arrested for one crime whilst still in High School, and was sent to an institution. But Rissell fooled his counsellors into thinking he was improving, and several times he escaped, raped women, and was then taken back. One rape was even committed in the institution’s parking lot.

Soon Rissell’s raping women turned to murder. His first kill was when he was just 18-years-old. He raped a woman near his own apartment and then murdered her. By his nineteenth birthday he had committed and been arrested for 5 murders. All taking place around the same area. His crimes just had grown more and more brutal, and Rissell actually stabbed his last victim 50 to 100 times. He was arrested and sentenced to five life terms in prison.
